Thanks! As far as the in-person vs. online, I prefer the online since I am doing refreshers, but I imagine the in-person would be better for the first time class (I have done in-person for both the original and a refresher . . . and all other refreshers were on-line). I enjoy all the material and the instructor for the class I took, I have no criticism either way.

The class was good, as usual

The class was good, as usual. Very informative. For me personally the best part of the yearly class is the updates of incidents from the previous year: it helps to broaden the scope of what we as SCPs should be looking out for on our jobs and a reminder of what to stay observant of. Online class works well for me, it’s nice to able to spend a day with my dogs while still doing something productive for my work :). Robbie runs the online class well and there is plenty of time for engagement despite not being in the same room.
